We are working with a renowned specialist law firm trusted for heavyweight international disputes. The firm has the largest business crime team in Europe. Their expertise spans compliance, civil fraud, and commercial disputes. Clients include multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments, and high-net-worth individuals from around the globe.

This law firm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Paralegal to join their Business Crime Department on a large-scale case. The successful candidate will manage large volumes of documentation and must be highly organised, conscientious, and confident under challenging deadlines.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Managing extensive documentation

- Maintaining spreadsheets

- Utilising a digital document review platform

- Reviewing and analysing case materials

- Producing case material summaries

- Attending and taking notes at meetings, court, or during conference calls

- Drafting memos and correspondence

- Producing hard copy bundles

- Liaising with Counsel

- Conducting legal research

- General administrative duties as required

Required Skills and Qualities:

- Strong academic background, including a law degree or GDL and the LPC or BPTC

- Minimum 12 months of contentious/criminal paralegal experience (preferably in litigation)

- Familiarity with eDisclosure platforms (e.g., Relativity)

- Keen interest in criminal law and a strong work ethic

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High standard of written and spoken English

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

- Experience with legal databases (e.g., Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, Practical Law)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a changing workload

- Strong attention to detail

- Proactive and positive approach to work
