My client, a highly-regarded law firm, are seeking to recruit a Paralegal to join their property team who is diligent, self-motivated and a fast learner. The successful candidate will be working directly with Partners and other qualified staff. Experience is preferred but not essential however solid common sense and the right attitude towards learning, development and work is essential. This role would suit someone who is willing to learn and grow within the department and firm. Client care is a priority of for my client, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service. They will be keen to progress and grow within the department. Relevant professional training will be provided and career development opportunities available to the right candidate.

Essential skills

  • Experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Secretary in Property
  • Educated to degree level.
  • LPC or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • IT literate.
  • Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress.
