We are seeking a career focused paralegal for a Law Firm in Central London to assist Fee Earners in the Residential Conveyancing Team.

The firm offers 26 holiday days + bank holidays and a great hybrid working model (3 days per week from home) with potential of extra the longer you stay with the business.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have several years experience dealing with post-completion work in Conveyancing work.

Some of the main duties include;

  • Registering completed transactions
  • Closing files
  • Responding to requisitions
  • Sending deeds to clients, banks, or building societies
  • Preparing stamp duty land tax returns
  • Submitting and paying stamp duty land tax
  • Making Land Registry applications
  • Serving notice to a landlord or management agent
