Paralegal - Conveyancing Experience Essential £25,000LondonA fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal within Conveyancing to join an established Law firm in London, that cover multiple areas of Law.You will have at least 1-year proven experience within a similar role, supporting multiple fee earners with legal administration. This is a fantastic role offering long term development opportunities that will enhance your legal career. THE ROLE:
  • Assisting fee earners
  • Producing documents using the case management system
  • Liaising with clients and solicitors over the telephone and in person
  • Preparing bundles, filling forms.
  • Supporting the Solicitors in preparing documentation and updating clients in conveyancing and assisting the conveyancing team.
  • Land Registry applications
THE PERSON:
  • 12 months minimum experience in a Law firm, within Conveyancing 
  • Experience of using a case management system
  • Communication skills both orally and in writing, should be confident, clear and articulate
  • Well presented, appropriate to a professional business environment
  • Planning and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to multitask
  • Excellent IT Skills
