Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal with experience of working in a top law firm?
Our client, a leading global law firm are keen to find a Paralegal to join their corporate transactional team on an initial 6-month FTC. You will be working with two Partners directly and have plenty of client contact. This is a broad and complex role, working on high profile matters and supporting with a range of transactional duties, including:
- Legal and transactional research
- Assisting with matter opening and management
- Drafting legal documents
- Document review
- Legal support to the wider group
This Paralegal role is perfect for a recent LPC or SQE graduate that is keen to gain further experience in a complex corporate practice. You must have prior experience of working in an international, magic circle or US law firm and posses a strong educational background.
This is a contract opportunity being offered on an initial six month basis with a view of it being extended and a salary of up to c£45,000 plus overtime and benefits.
