We are a working with a boutique law firm based in London, who are seeking a skilled and ambitious Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate team on a permanent basis.

As a Paralegal in the firm’s real estate team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery legal services for all of the commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for an academically driven law graduate with a passion for real estate or property law to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing detailed reports for fee earners and clients.
  • Managing client due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling pre- and post-completion tasks, including Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and managing document management systems.
  • Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative tasks as required.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) with strong academic achievements.
  • Previous experience as a paralegal in a similar environment, specifically within real estate or property law.
  • A genuine interest in real estate law and a desire to build a long-term career in this field.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management systems.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
