THE ROLE:The Legal Professional will join the Fitness to Practise department to conduct investigatory and preparatory work on complex Fitness to Practise cases. You will investigate and gather evidence related to new complaints as specified in the case plan, providing updates throughout each stage of the process. As well as obtain witness statements and draft allegations based on the evidence gathered throughout the investigationTHE CANDIDATE:The appointed Investigator will have at least 1 year experience of handling their own caseload of fitness to practise investigations. Previous experience working in a regulatory body or similar organisation is preferred.
