I am working with a hugely successful multi service law firm based in Central London who are inviting applications from experienced Residential Property Paralegals who have potential to further develop. The firm has been in a significant period of growth with firm intentions to continue in this direction.Position: Residential Property ParalegalSalary: £28k-£32kLocation: Remote working with some office attendance in Central London (near Piccadilly)Working hours: 10.30am to 6.30pm Two of their partners, both top ranked in the field of High Value Residential Real Estate, are recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team. Their clients include International Ultra High Net Worth clients and Major Prime London Property Development Companies.The role would suit an applicant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a strong work ethic, good experience in residential property law processes, excellent communication skills and an easy-going and flexible temperament.The work will be varied but the candidate should be able to handle Land Registry applications, SDLT filing, searches, legal research tasks and effective file management ad drafting with minimal supervision.
