An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part or fully LPC qualified Paralegal to join this leading city law firm based in the heart of London.

You will be supporting at fee earner level and will be working within the Housing and Property Litigation team.

Duties as follows:

  • To draft and prepare witness statements for court in the case of property litigation matters
  • To prepare trial bundles and attend court with Barristers and Solicitors
  • To assist in the management of case files
  • To assist with client and Barrister queries
  • To conduct advocacy in the court on routine matters
  • To conduct accurate research
  • Solid drafting skills
  • To work effectively to deadlines

My client is ideally looking for a candidate with a good law degree or that is part or fully LPC qualified.

Experience with RPs and Housing Management issues including public and private landlords would be an advantage, as would property litigation knowledge.
