The firm of solicitors is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to assist with various duties related to wills and trusts.
Key responsibilities include taking client instructions, preparing draft documents, invoicing clients, and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Candidates must possess at least 12 months of experience in a Private Client department, specifically in will drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
The role requires good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in PC literacy and accurate keyboard skills.

Paralegal Private Client

Paralegal to join a firm of solicitors.

Duties

The role includes the following:

To take instructions from clients in relation to new Wills.
Prepare, and submit draft documents for approval
To invoice the client for settlement.
To ensure that enquiries involving trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to senior members of the Private Client team.
To advise in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and to preparation and registration following signature.

Must have some experience working within a Private Client department and must have at least 12 months of experience of will drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney experience and a proven track record of managing a case-load and meeting client and business expectation
