Paralegal

The ideal candidate must be degree educated in Law/Legal related subject, will be passionate to learn and develop their skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support with reviewing, drafting and preparing contracts and documents.
• Conducting legal research.
• Providing transactional support for certain projects and matters.
• Supporting various company secretarial activities and development of legal policies and procedures for the Group and its operations.
• Assisting with various legal regulatory compliance matters to safeguard the business and support decision making.
• Producing accurate and timely legal reports to the Head of Legal.

Qualifications

• Strong academics including degree or equivalent qualification in Law.
• LPC desirable.
