Paralegal Support Location: EC3R (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £200 per day PAYE 

Full time opportunity 

I am seeking a skilled professional to join my client's legal team during a period of increased activity. You will be part of a larger risk management team, reporting directly to the Senior Legal & Regulatory Affairs Officer.

In this role, you will:

  • Draft and review contracts and other documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft notes of advice.
  • Attend calls, take minutes, and coordinate action lists.
  • Perform compliance checks and manage know-your-customer processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • File and manage the team’s know-how and precedent folders.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other risk team activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English language, legal technical, analytical, and contract drafting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication at all levels.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce accurate documentation within tight deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive approach with flexibility to cover a variety of tasks.
