Paralegal

MFK Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients based in London. They are looking for a talented Paralegal to support their work in the litigation space.

If you’re a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation, who has the desire to learn and develop your career, then we’d love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have experience in Residential and Commercial property litigation.

Paralegal - What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting solicitors in case preparation, performing legal research, and drafting letters and documents.

• Managing communication with clients, attending meetings, and taking detailed instructions.

• Drafting court filings, witness statements, and compiling trial bundles.

• Coordinating with counsel, experts, and other external parties.

• Overseeing document review and the disclosure process.

• Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations.

• Assisting in probate litigation, including disputes related to estates and inheritance.

• Attending court hearings and recording notes as needed.

Paralegal - What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in litigation, preferably in residential and commercial disputes or probate matters.

• Strong organisational abilities, with a capability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

• Excellent skills in legal research and document drafting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on client care.

Please note that to be successful you MUST be based in the UK, have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, and ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience as a paralegal.

Salary:

1-3 years of experience - £23k-£25k

4-6 years of experience - £25k-£28k

7+ years of experience - £28k-£30k
