Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience to work closely with our Principal Solicitor. This role is essential in supporting Legal Operations and ensuring that our solicitors can focus on delivering high-quality services to clients. As a Paralegal, you will contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Support: Assist the principal solicitor with various legal tasks, including researching case law, drafting legal documents, and preparing case files.
  • Document Review: Help in reviewing, organizing, and managing legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Client Interactions: Liaise with clients, taking inquiries professionally and confidentially while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Case Management: Support the management of cases by keeping track of deadlines, appointments, and progress to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Office Coordination: Aid in the day-to-day operations of the office, promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Marketing Assistance: Engage in marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s visibility and contribute creative ideas for outreach and promotions.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Abilities:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, the Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with case management software.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
