The firm has multiple Legal 500 departments, including in residential property, and has offices across London.Position Overview: My client is looking to hire an experienced residential property paralegal with at least 1-year of experience working in a property role. In this role, you will be supporting fee-earners on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.Key Responsibilities:路 Assist fee-earners on the full range of residential property files路 Prepare and draft legal documents, carry out property searches, AML and source of funds checks, etc.路 Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.路 Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.Qualifications + Experience:
