Salary: Up to £34,000

About Our Client:

My client is a medium sized multi-service law firm, representing HNW and UHNW clients. The firm has multiple Legal 500 departments, including in residential property, and has offices across London.

Position Overview: My client is looking to hire an experienced residential property paralegal with at least 1-year of experience working in a property role. In this role, you will be supporting fee-earners on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee-earners on the full range of residential property files
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, carry out property searches, AML and source of funds checks, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications + Experience:

  • At least a 2:1 Bachelors of Law
  • At least 1-year of experience supporting residential property solicitors
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential property.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to assist on a diverse caseload.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
