They offer amazing oppertunity for progression giving paralegals the chance to apply for training contracts after 6 months.

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies.
  • Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
  • Registration including companies house and Land Registry
  • Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
  • Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
  • Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
  • Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
