Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of experience in property law, with a salary of £25,000.
Paralegals will have the chance to apply for training contracts after 6 months, providing excellent opportunities for career progression.
Key responsibilities include handling freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, and drafting legal documents related to property.

Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies.
Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
Registration including companies house and Land Registry
Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
