About the teamOur Human Rights team acts for individuals, groups and organisations bringing challenges against public authorities (such as government bodies, local authorities and agencies), in a range of areas such as civil liberties, human rights and community care, and regularly acts in Inquests & in Court of Protection cases.
About the roleWe have an opportunity for a paralegal to join the team to support a partner with varied caseload which includes Inquests, Court of Protection cases and claims under the Human Rights Act 1998 on behalf of bereaved families, children and vulnerable adults.
