We are working with a prestigious law firm who are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their busy and dynamic team. Our client's expert Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud lawyers specialise in fraud (civil and criminal); commercial disputes; international corporate investigations; and cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, from pre-trial preparation to courtroom proceedings.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Conducting legal research to support case strategy and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Managing case files and organizing key documents.
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court officials in a professional and efficient manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in civil litigation.
  • A very strong academic background, including a law degree or GDL and the LPC or BPTC;
  • A minimum of one year previous paralegal experience gained within a litigation department;
  • Experience in large complex litigation cases;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • A proactive and positive approach to work;
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks;
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
