Job Summary:our client, Saintta Global Lawyers UK Ltd is a long-established Immigration law firm in central London, specializing in the UK immigration legal service, As a trusted name in immigration, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Paralegal. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to our immigration law team, assisting with case preparation, client communication, and ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist immigration lawyers in preparing and managing client cases, including drafting and reviewing legal documents such as petitions, applications, and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain case files (both paper and electronic), ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and filed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required information and documentation for visa applications, extensions, and appeals.
  • Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to support case preparation.
  • Prepare and submit applications to immigration authorities, including visa petitions, work permits, residency applications, etc.
  • Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in immigration cases, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Schedule appointments, hearings, and interviews for clients as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing clients for interviews or hearings with immigration officials.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, responding to emails, and handling phone calls.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Telegram.

Requirements:

  • Hold a UK Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
