We are assisting a leading IP law firm who have an opening for a dedicated and organised Patent Administrator to join their office in London on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in patents or trade marks looking to grow their career in Patents, or those with a strong administrative background within a professional services environment, looking to develop their career within the IP sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to a team of patent attorneys and other IP professionals.
  • Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of patent applications with relevant national and international IP offices.
  • Manage patent deadlines and ensure that all documents are filed on time.
  • Liaise with clients and external offices, ensuring efficient communication regarding the status of patent applications.

To be successful, you should have a strong interest in learning and growing within a Patent department, have strong communication skills and be able to take instructions and take action accordingly with high attention to detail.
