Patent ParalegalSpecialist National Law firm£35,000Permanent2 days WFHCrone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for a Patent Paralegal to join the growing Commercial team of a well-established London Law firm in their central London office on a full-time office.Renowned for its values-based approach & global reach advising on matters across the humanities & Media industries. The firm is committed to offering a high standard to its clientele whilst staying at the forefront of digital advances. They look after staff, offering bespoke training, market leading benefits package and progression pathways for support staff.You will join an energetic and collaborative team of five Paralegals as well as a under the direction of a divisional manager.Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications
  • Following up on progress of trademark applications
  • Prehearing document preparation
  • Preparing bundles for court
  • Drafting assignment documentation
  • Producing relevant letters of trade mark applications
  • Proactively completing IP searches
  • Dealing with the relevant trade mark registries and overseas attorneys
  • Liaising with client queries regularly over the phone and via email
  • Document review for case law and privilege
  • Ad Hoc administrative duties for the wider team

About YouYou may have worked in a similar position in Intellectual Property for over a year and are looking to develop your patent knowledge.

  • Previous Patent or Litigation experience highly desirable
  • A driven outgoing nature
  • Happy working within a team
  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
  • Adaptable communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
