- Managing new client enquiries and maintaining client communication.
- Drafting documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and straightforward wills.
- Assisting with estate administration, including preparing estate accounts using Excel.
- Ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected for estate accounts.
- Supporting the provision of legal advice under supervision.
- Delegating and supervising tasks where appropriate.
- Collaborating with team members under the guidance of a Partner.
- Delivering a professional and client-focused service.
- Managing written and telephone correspondence with clients, solicitors, and third parties confidentially and professionally.
- Adhering to client care standards outlined in the firm's policies and procedures

- A Law degree, GDL, or CILEx qualification, with previous experience in a similar role.
