Our client, a global legal firm, is looking for a highly skilled Process Analyst to join their Legal Operations and Project Management team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role involves working on a strategically important programme and requires collaboration across various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing workflows, mapping requirements, and interpreting data to drive business transformation.

  • Strong experience in process mapping and analysis, particularly in legal or regulatory environments.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, workflow mapping, and presenting analytical insights.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in designing dashboards and familiarity with business intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and change management practices.
  • High level of organisational proficiency, capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to other offices in the UK and potentially Europe.
