A prestigious US law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their Project Development & Finance team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.

This newly created role involves supporting a team of 2 Partners, 14 Associates, and 1 Trainee. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents and processes related to high-profile financial transactions and project developments. The team also collaborates cross-border with teams in other countries, therefore making this a unique opportunity to work on international matters.

The ideal candidate will have prior Paralegal experience, preferably within a similar finance team, and be enthusiastic, dynamic, and possess a growth mindset. Candidates with a confirmed Training Contract are also of interest, provided they have a minimum of 12 months' availability.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an elite US law firm, providing sole Paralegal support to a collaborative team and gaining exposure to a variety of high-profile transactions.

The firm operates a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 from home), but flexibility is required. Overtime will also be expected, so candidates must be prepared to work longer hours when necessary.
