Job Title: Real Estate & Projects Paralegal
Location: City of London
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
About the company: A specialist London-based law firm specialising in areas such as banking, construction, litigation, debt recovery, and infrastructure projects.Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Real Estate & Projects team on a permanent basis to assist on plot sales and post completion tasks. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.
Key responsibilities:
- Work on high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales;
- Post completion including dealing with requisitions;
- Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals;
- Manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of transactions at any one time;
- Legal research
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous real estate paralegal experience, in particular dealing with plot sales and post completion.
