- Assisting with running and managing conditions precedent on large transactions, during deals to completion.
- Assisting with post completion security registrations at Companies House including searches and other formalities.
- Co-ordinating reports to clients, chasing internal teams on cross-departmental projects and sending out reports.
- Bibling promptly after deal close.
- Preparation of legal documents such as board resolutions and director’s certificates. Proofreading and updating documents, using initiative to flag queries.
- Liaising with clients and external high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 years’ previous Real Estate/Property Finance experience ideally from a law firm environment.
- Ability to get stuck in with busy workload with minimal direct supervision, need to be confident in your Real Estate Finance skills.
- Keen to grow and gain trainee level experience.
