My client is seeking a commercail real estate paraegal who is diligent, self-motivated, and quick-learning

The role will be to join the commercial Property team. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and other experienced staff members. Prior experience is required as is a strong sense of common sense, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to learning and professional development are essential.

This role is ideal for someone who is keen to advance within a commercial property department. Client care is paramount, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Key Requirements:

  • Previouss Commercial Property Paralegal experience
  • Degree-level education.
  • LPC or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and initiative.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with IT.
