Position: Real Estate ParalegalLocation: London (Hybrid working)Salary: £27,000 per annum

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Real Estate Paralegal in the heart of London, with the flexibility of hybrid working. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-volume property transactions, and gain hands-on experience in both shared ownership and outright sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Own Caseload: Handle a high volume of property sales, including shared ownership and outright sales.
  • Post-Completion Work: Manage all aspects of post-completion, including responding to requisitions efficiently.
  • Staircasing & Acquisitions/Disposals: Assist with or manage staircasing transactions, as well as residential property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure timelines and deadlines are strictly adhered to, managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Online Document Management: Set up and maintain online document rooms for client use.
  • Client Reporting & Invoicing: Provide clients with weekly or monthly progress reports and ensure regular invoicing.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee a large number of deadlines across various transactions at any given time.

Desirable:

  • Over 12 months of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
