The firm's clients include international and UK corporations, FTSE/AIM companies, regional businesses, institutions, public bodies and high-net-worth individuals.The team's expertise covers all areas across the corporate spectrum including:

Bribery & Corruption, Data protection and GDPR, Dawn Raids, Competition Law, Coroner's inquests, corporate Manslaughter & health and safety, FCA Investigations & enforcement, Licensing, Product Recall, Serious Fraud & HMRC Investigations.

Whether it be in the immediate aftermath of a fatality at work, assisting businesses who are the subject of a tax investigation, or advising companies on responding to dawn raids and investigations by competition regulators, this role will enable you to run a wide and varied caseload. Further this is a succession opportunity for someone to take over a caseload from a retiring partner in due course.The Compliance and Regulatory team is recognised as an unrivalled force for specialist legal and strategic advice.
