Residential Property Paralegal Central London Legal 500 Firm

In this permanent role, you'll be an integral part of a busy real estate team, assisting a team of qualified fee-earners in managing live files and supporting all aspects of conveyancing transactions. Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!Develop your skills and qualifications with our support!Enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement after your initial training period!Preferred Requirements:

  • Expertise in residential conveyancing, including file opening, AML compliance, administrative exchange formalities, completion and post-completion tasks
  • Proficiency in drafting financial statements and invoices, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms, and archiving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A proactive, commercially aware mindset and the confidence to use your initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a legal environment, in a conveyancing role
  • Relevant legal qualifications or a commitment to pursuing them with our support
  • A team-oriented approach and a flexible, adaptable attitude
