Due to ongoing success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential property paralegal to join a highly acclaimed London based law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting a team of fee-earners in the running of live files, in addition to supporting all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from instructions through to post completion.

The role will require you to liaise with all parties and provide administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process. Daily duties will include file opening, AML compliance, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms as well as dealing with administrative exchange formalities, completion and post completion tasks. Further duties will include general administrative tasks and ensuring the internal systems are updated at all times.

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous paralegal experience of working within a residential property team. A professional and proactive work ethic is essential coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
