Description
- Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and contracts related to residential property transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive research on real estate properties and related legal matters.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Maintain and organise legal files and case management systems.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Draft correspondence and other communications.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Profile
A successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- An academic background in Law, ideally with a focus on real estate or property law.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal position.
- Knowledge of legal research techniques and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in using case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
