With an outstanding international reputation, this team works on some of the most complex, high-profile disputes and investigations across court litigation, arbitration, and global regulatory matters.

To further strengthen the Firm’s position, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and execute strategic BD initiatives, working closely with a dynamic and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven professional to make a tangible impact on one of the most prestigious disputes teams in the market.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic BD Leadership – Shape and drive the BD strategy, working closely with partners to identify growth opportunities and enhance client engagement.
  • Client Development & Targeting – Lead client acquisition initiatives, cross-sell opportunities, and international market expansion.
  • Content & Campaigns – Develop thought leadership initiatives, ensuring high-impact content reaches the right audiences through the best channels.
  • Collaboration & Innovation – Work closely with partners, associates, and the wider Global Client Development team to share best practices and ensure BD excellence.

We’re Looking For:

  • Proven business development and marketing expertise within legal or professional services.
  • Disputes & Investigations Knowledge – Experience in litigation, arbitration, or regulatory investigations is highly advantageous.
  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset – You can identify opportunities, manage complex projects, and deliver impactful BD initiatives.
  • Exceptional Communicator – Able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and execute high-quality campaigns.
  • Proactive & Entrepreneurial – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
