Location: Mayfair

About the Role: Join a forward thinking and ambitious team of licensed Insolvency Practitioners in our Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Division currently experiencing growth in the UK and Internationally. We promote a rescue culture, encouraging early advice for those facing financial difficulties. Their team comprises both qualified and non-qualified professionals, working together to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
  • Maintain accurate case files in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare reports for creditors and attend meetings.
  • Handle statutory reporting and instruct other professionals as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors, and other professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a case administrator.
  • Experience in managing varied caseloads in insolvency/restructuring.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a sound working knowledge of IPS.
  • A levels (grades A-C) required; CPI qualifications are desirable but not essential.

This is a permanent position working 5 days per week.
