Senior Legal EA - Global Law Firm - Paying up to £60k

One of the first US Law firms to open a London office, who boast over 700 Lawyers across their most sought-after locations across the globe, seek a Senior Legal EA to support one of their Restructuring Rainmaker Partners in their London office.

The ideal Candidate will be someone who is committed to providing first class PA support to a busy Partner who has been described as being appreciative and encouraging.

Duties

  • Managing the Partner's diary; ensuring there are no clashes and thinking ahead
  • Manage Partner's and own inbox, ensuring that the Client/matter related emails are dealt with promptly
  • Arranging global travel, including liaising with the travel desk
  • Anticipates the needs of both internal and external Clients, responds to expectations and adds value by ensuring the Client experiences the highest quality of service
  • Assisting with the BD initiative
  • Document processing; creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading
  • Liaising with Clients and knowing when to action urgent matters; following up on matters

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience of working within a Law firm, supporting a Partner.
