Are you an experienced Employment Paralegal, looking for a new role?
Here at Ryder Reid, we are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity - our top law firm client is seeking a temporary Employment Paralegal who has excellent tribunal and respondent experience to join their team.
For this role, you will be providing support with progressing cases and will be responsible for:
- Working closely with fee earners to prepare for employment tribunals
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
Suitable candidates must have prior employment tribunal experience and be familiar with managing their own caseload.
