- Providing comprehensive support to the legal team on trade mark and design matters.
- Handling trade mark filings, renewals, and oppositions.
- Conducting research related to trade mark and design laws and regulations.
- Maintaining and updating the trade mark database.

- Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Liaising with clients and external parties.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
Profile
A successful Trade Mark Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law or a relevant field.
- Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of trade mark and design laws and regulations.
