About the Role This role is ideal for a Trade Mark Paralegal with proven experience in portfolio management and trade mark prosecution. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of tasks, providing expert support to clients and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting and assessing trade mark searches and clearances
- Drafting and filing UK and international trade mark applications
- Advising clients on the registrability and strength of trade marks
- Managing communications from trade mark offices and liaising with clients regarding official correspondence
- Handling the renewal and maintenance of trade mark registrations
- Supporting the team in managing trade mark disputes, including oppositions and cancellation actions
Your Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in trade mark portfolio management, gained either in private practice or an in-house environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
