Offering hybrid working and career progression across departments this firm look after its staff and is building a great place to work.You will support at Partner level alongside one other Paralegal as well as a team of 15 Associates & Trainees. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications
- Filing of oppositions and offering relevant advice
- Following up on progress of trademark applications
- Drafting assignment documentation
- Producing relevant letters of trade mark applications
- Proactively completing IP searches
- Dealing with the relevant trade mark registries and overseas attorneys
- Liaising with clients regularly over the phone and via email
- Researching of IP Legislation
- Ad Hoc administrative duties for the wider team
About YouYou may have worked in a similar position for two years or more and are looking to join a larger practice where emphasis is placed on collaboration & technological innovation.
- CITMA Qualification is highly desirable
- 2 years + experience in Trademarks Practice
- A driven outgoing nature
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Adaptable communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
