Trademark ParalegalNational Law firmUp to £40,000Permanent2 days office basedCrone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for a driven Trademarks Paralegal to join the growing Commercial team of a well-established London Law firm in their central London office on a full-time office.Renowned for its values-based approach & global reach advising on matters across the Financial, Property, Employment and Media industries. The firm are committed to offering a high standard to its clientele whilst staying at the forefront of digital advances. They look after staff, with many employees with over 10 years of service.Offering hybrid working and a supportive friendly environment.On a February start, you will support at Partner level alongside one other Paralegal as well as a team of 15 Associates & Trainees. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications
- Filing of oppositions and offering relevant advice
- Following up on progress of trademark applications
- Drafting assignment documentation
- Producing relevant letters of trade mark applications
- Proactively completing IP searches
- Dealing with the relevant trade mark registries and overseas attorneys
- Liaising with clients regularly over the phone and via email
- Researching of IP Legislation
- Ad Hoc administrative duties for the wider team
About YouYou may have worked in a similar position for two years or more and are looking to join a larger practice and learn from a leader in the Trademarks sector.
- CITMA Qualification is highly desirable
- 2 years + experience in Trademarks Practice
- A driven outgoing nature
- Happy working within a team
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Adaptable communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
