The ideal candidate will be Finals Standard or Newly Qualified (NQ) with a background in Engineering, ready to take on exciting challenges within the IP sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio management
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Handling oppositions, appeals, and infringement matters
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing expert advice on complex IP matters
Requirements:
- Finals Standard or Newly Qualified Patent Attorney (Engineering)
- Strong technical background in Engineering disciplines (eg Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Benefits:
