Are you a Surveyor experienced in the management and resolution of Legal Repairs cases?
If so, this 3-month rolling Local Authority Contact could give you just that.
What will you do?
-Pre & Post inspections of works
-Writing of specifications of works
-Management of contractors
-Assisting the legal team with technical information
-Representing the council in a legal setting
-Liaising with tenants and their representatives
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
·Qualified to degree level in Surveying
·Previous experience resolving a range of disrepair cases within public sector setting
·Good understanding of damp and structural issues
·Managing works from specification through to post inspection
·Organised and proactive - able to manage your own calendar and caseload
