MPL Search have a number of Clients looking for Graduates to enrol on their Graduate Schemes and start their new careers in 2025.

We work with all types of Legal Headhunting and Recruitment agencies, from small Boutique Offices up to large, Global companies with offices around the world. Tell us what you want from your Headhunting career, and we will get you there!

We will work closely with you, offering dedicated preparation and interview guidance to help each Graduate through the demanding processes and find their dream role.

Our clients do not require a Legal Degree or any legal training, but it is important to have an interest in the Sector and be willing to immerse yourself in the Legal Sector. Successful applicants will be resilient, driven, engaged and passionate about the roles they are applying for.

Our clients focus on the most respected Private Practice Law firms in the world and place mostly Senior Associates or Partners into those institutions. With a base salary of £28,000 and Year One earnings of around £35,000 - £40,000 you can expect your hard work to pay off!

Our clients offer a wealth of opportunities to progress in your career; you can expect to make Consultant within 12 months, and Senior Consultant within 2 Years. Main requirements
Engaging, confident and driven character
2:2 or above from a top 30 University
Strong A-level results
