Role: Salesforce Architect
Salary: 100,000 - 110,000 per annum

Mason Frank have partnered with a boutique consulting organisation, and are one of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners in the ecosystem. As the continue on this growth journey they are seeking a Salesforce Architect who can drive transformative outcomes.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project leadership: Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
- Build and lead: Spearhead the growth and evolution of their Salesforce practice, aligning it with client needs and business objectives
- Solution design & architecture: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across various clouds ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
About you:
- You are client-focused, skilled in managing relationships and guiding clients toward successful Salesforce adoption and maximising the value of their investment
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with expertise across multiple Salesforce products
- Proven history of leading and mentoring development teams, ensuring best practices in both technical design and delivery
- Experience in large, complex Salesforce implementations, including multi-org setups
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
