As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in project success by:

  • Managing and organising all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports with accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage electronic document management systems (EDMS), ensuring documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable (such as 4-Projects, ProjectVault,
  • Distributing documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations while maintaining version control.
  • Conducting audits and reviews of document control processes to uphold high standards of quality.
  • Generating detailed reports on document status, compliance, and any resolution needs.
