What You'll Do:

  • Assist library users in navigating resources and services
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patrons of all ages
  • Utilise our library management system to support daily operations
  • Help users with IT inquiries and technology assistance
  • Engage young readers by delivering storytime sessions and rhyme times

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a library, preferably a public library
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Proficiency in using a library management system
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to assist users in technology-related queries
  • Experience in reading stories and conducting rhyme times for children
