ABOUT THE ROLE

Seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee social housing fire door remediation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee fire door remediation projects in social housing.
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management
