- Responsible for the delivery 5* customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the development
- The first point of contact for all queries within the leisure club
- Ensuring all pool users are safe and in a welcoming environment
- Adhering to the health and safety procedures including pool testing, water safety guidelines and site-specific regulations
- General poolside and cleaning
- Supporting on front of house, meeting and greeting the guests, answering the phones and general administration tasks
- A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Experience in 5-star or luxury environment from within the leisure, hospitality or customer service sectors
- A strong understanding of high standards, including personal presentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
