We are currently seeking an Apprentice to join our esteemed Finance team in London, specifically within the sales ledger department. Our history of successfully recruiting and training apprentices is strong, and this role includes the opportunity to pursue an AAT qualification.

Successful candidates will receive rewards for each exam passed, and part of the workweek will be dedicated to study (eight hours per week based on a 40-hour work schedule). There will also be opportunities for career advancement within the finance team, allowing exposure to various aspects of finance and accounting.

Job Details

  • Process credit account application forms/ checking documentation provided and chasing anything missing.
  • Opening customer accounts within our CRM and accounting system
  • Assisting the credit control team with admin
  • Producing weekly invoices and sending out to client
  • Producing weekly statements to customer
  • Assist with posting cash and bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting in query resolution

Profile:

To be considered for this position based in our Central London office the following criteria is desirable.

  • Team player
  • GCSE's ( Including Maths & English with grades 4/5 and above)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Already working in a part time environment, whether that's in retail or hospitality.
